These Terms & Conditions take effect from 11 September 2026.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and MedExpress Enterprises Ltd ("MedExpress", "we", "our" or "us") in relation to the MedExpress Existing Customer Offer ("the Offer").

By using the Offer, you agree to:

a) be bound by these Terms (as may be amended by us at any time and published at [link];
b) be bound by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and the Offer (no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into); and
c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Offer.

How it works

The Offer entitles the customer who received the promotional communication to the stated discount off a single purchase of any weight loss treatment. Minimum £99 spend applies. This promotion is subject to stock availability and is at the discretion of the MedExpress team. This promotion may be withdrawn at any time and without prior notice. This Offer is non-transferable, intended only for the original recipient of the promotional communication, and cannot be shared. The promotional discount is only applicable if your account meets the qualifying time period since your last MedExpress purchase. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
