Nytol One-A-Night is a clinically proven sleep aid containing the active ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Nytol One-A-Night can be taken to help relieve temporary sleeping difficulties, which is defined as any period of sleeplessness lasting up to two weeks. Sleeping difficulties may be experienced due to a range of underlying causes such as stress or jet lag.
Nytol One-A-Night contains a commonly used antihistamine called diphenhydramine hydrochloride. It works by blocking the normal actions of histamine, the chemical that stimulates arousal-promoting areas of the brain. This helps reduce alertness and promote that first drowsy stage of sleep, helping you to then drift off into a restful, deeper sleep.
Take 1 tablet (50mg dose) with water 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Usually the effects of Nytol One-A-Night last between four and six hours after taking a dose. It is often reported that users feel some level of drowsiness the day after taking a dose; if this applies to you, avoid driving and operating heavy machinery.
