New Customer Offer: Weight Loss Products & Services
These Terms & Conditions take effect from 3 November 2025.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and MedExpress Enterprises Ltd ("MedExpress", "we", "our" or "us") in relation to the MedExpress New Weight Loss Customer Offer ("New Customer Offer").
By participating in the New Customer Offer, you agree to:
(a) be bound by these Terms (as may be amended by us at any time and published at [https://www.medexpress.co.uk/offer-terms]);
(b) be bound by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and the New Customer Offer (no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into); and
(c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the New Customer Offer.
How it works
1. You must be aged 18 years old and over and be a registered MedExpress customer who has not purchased any weight loss products or services from MedExpress before (a "New Customer").
2. As a New Customer, you can:
2.1 Save £30 when you spend a minimum of £89 on your first order for our weight loss products and services; or
2.2 Save £40 when you spend a minimum of £110 on your first order for our weight loss products and services.
2.3 The minimum order spend for the New Customer Offer excludes shipping / delivery costs.
3. The New Customer Offer applies only to MedExpress weight loss products and services and is for New Customers in the United Kingdom only.
4. The New Customer Offer is subject to availability.
5. The New Customer Offer begins on 31 December 2025 and finishes on 31 May 2026.
6. The New Customer Offer cannot be used with any other offers or discounts whatsoever.
7. The New Customer Offer applies only to a New Customer's first and one time only purchase of weight loss products and services from MedExpress.
8. The New Customer Offer will be automatically applied at the MedExpress check out.
9. The New Customer Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferrable.
10. MedExpress reserves the right to modify, cancel or change these Terms at any time and any changes will be posted on [https://www.medexpress.co.uk/offer-terms].
11. All orders that are a New Customer Offer (as decided by MedExpress in its sole discretion) shall be governed by the relevant provisions of our terms of sale https://www.medexpress.co.uk/terms-sale.
12. Information collected from you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice located at https://www.medexpress.co.uk/privacy.
13. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
