About hair loss treatment
Hair loss tablets are a type of medicine used to treat male
pattern baldness, or androgenetic alopecia. Male pattern
baldness a hereditary condition that causes hair follicles to
weaken, which prevents them from growing new hairs. Hair loss
tablets allow you follicles to continue growing healthy hair and
can help promote regrowth in areas you’ve already lost hair.
Hair loss happens when a hormone called dihydrotestosterone
(DHT), which is formed from testosterone, causes your hair
follicles to shrink. Our hair loss tablets are a type of drug
known as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. It stops the action of
the enzyme that creates DHT, which allows your follicles to
continue growing healthy hair. It can also help promote regrowth
in areas you’ve already lost hair.
