For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned. If you have unwanted or expired medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law.

In a medical emergency always call 999. MedExpress cannot help in an emergency.
For non-urgent medical emergencies you can also call your GP. You may also be able to visit your local pharmacy for advice.

We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to them within five working days.
